  Paradise

  Loved the heated pool really amazing getting up every morning for a swim in warm water delightful! The whole complex is kept really well.

  It's a little far from town but we already knew that.

  A truly awful holiday let - do your research before booking!

  Nothing good to say at all. From start to finish there were problems with the villa 4.2. Switches on fuse board kept tripping which meant we went hours, and sometimes overnight, without internal lights. We were expected to constantly have to reset the fuse board, which could take hours before it would allow us to flip the switches. At one stage the property manager asked the pool maintenance guy to look at the electrics, but judging from his lack of knowledge on how to fix any of the issues, I doubt he was a qualified electrician! We lost power in 3 of the 4 air conditioning units for the majority of our holiday, which, when its 28 degrees at night is less than pleasant. We had a really large cockroach infestation. When I reported it I was told to empty the bin more frequently (it wasn't even close to full) and someone was sent in to spray the area - that worked for less than a night. The overgrown and rotting vegetation around the pool constantly made the pool filthy with debris and mould. The net they give you to clean the pool is disintegrating and unusable - we were promised a replacement but, like everything else, it was an empty promise. Covers were off the filters in the pool, making them a trip hazard. Filter covers missing in hot tub. The tap in the kitchen leaks all over the floor. Glass panels on the bathroom doors ensure no privacy for anyone using bathroom. All problems were met with excuse after excuse and empty promises but nothing was ever resolved. We were offered a free meal as compensation for the inconvenience - which we refused because it doesn't come close to compensating. We were given a later check-out, which was the absolute minimum they could do. The management team would eventually reply to all our texts but didn't actually sort any of them out - worst holiday accommodation ever!

  Everything was in bad repair, grubby and disappointing. As someone who works in property management, I know I'd lose my job pretty quickly if I never got repairs done and treated tenants with such disdain.

  Por el precio no esta mal pero mejoraria algunas cosas

  La villa es muy bonita y tiene jacuzzi y piscina climatizada por lo que esta muy bien porque nos pillo dias de viento en los que la playa resultaba incomoda , tambien tiene una bbq muy apañada

  El cuarto olia a humedad mucho, una de las noches casi no pudimos dormir con un ruido como de tuberias dentro de la habitación super fuerte y hay un problema grande con las cucarachas esta minado , grandes y pequeñas incluso se nos metio una en la cama y algun mobiliario esta algo antiguo
