    The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and it was nice to have two lounge chairs on the balcony. There was a welcome pack on the table with a bottle of wine, coffee and some toiletries which was a lovely touch. We paid a €50 refundable deposit to get access to the underground carpark which was essential given the heat for the week we were there. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun loungers and a good bar / restaurant. The complex is a short walk from the centre of Luz with many bars and restaurants.

    Wouldn’t go again but flat is well appointed .

    Nice flat very spacious , no view . Small balcony

    They advertise it as with a shared pool , but supply no pool towels . You have to pay per day for a towel and leave a deposit for pool towels because it is privately rented . Better the guests know this so take their own pool towels .

    Disappointing

    The apartment complex and facilities were good.

    We felt we got a poor return for the amount charged; 1. a cleaning fee was charged but no cleaner visited the apartment over the stay (very poor in comparison to our precious experiences in Luz over 12 years) 2. a management fee charged but no towel change and only the minutest toiletries provided 3. No information booklet and the website is "coming soon" Overall disappointing.
