    Despite lovely staff we were disappointed.

    Pool area, staff were lovely, terrace views

    We had not realised the location was so remote.. The road down to the property was very steep. We had hired a car and the clutch light came on as it struggled up the hill. There were no views from our terrace. The interior of the property was very basic.. no table or chairs inside. Toilet seat was broken. We had not planned to hire a car but unfortunately we had to at great expense. The manager had gone to great lengths to explain the bus system but even then we struggled. We had not been told that the restaurant had been closed a few days before our arrival.

    TRULY EXCELLENT: The host Josef and his wife were the kindest and most helpful hosts I have come across. They spend personal time to help us out and give good advice on locations to visit as holiday makers. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality in this modern age where increasingly you book a place with no host, no person to help you out. For me, this was a STANDOUT experience for the help offered by the hosts and the stunning views the location offers.

    Relaxing stay away from the crowds

    The veiw from our balcony of Sorrento was amazing!! The pool also has the veiws and was very nice to use. Joseph and his wife were super friendly and helpfull with tips on the surrounding area facilities.

    Parking for small cars only.

    Baia serena : des chalets à découvrir avec une terrasse vue mer

    Super accueil du gérant qui parlait notre langue et nous avons échangé avec lui. Piscine encore praticable malgré l'arrière saison, et notre logement avait une vue incroyable sur la baie de Naples et Sorrente.

    Penser à équiper les chambres de prise électrique accessible.
