So so disappointed
Location and size of apartment, welcome bottle of wine. Lounge nicely furnished.
Poor communication on arrival, promise of prior entry information took 30-40mins to arrange while standing outside apartment. Wrong codes then sent! Kitchen. No kettle, top freezer drawer broken, dishwasher tripped electrics (not able to use) full size dustbin located via a plastic funnel to catch the leaking water from boiler. Which by the time we arrived was very stale and a third up the side of bin! Ironing board but no iron. Shower room. Tap and shower holder loose, drain cover broken in shower. Towels poor quality. Twin bedroom two beds and only 1 duvet. Sheets were double sized. Pillows of kapoc quality and stained. Lounge TV set to only children's programmes Main bedroom. Pillows same as twin bedroom. Wardrobe mirror broken and not made safe. Only 2 hangers for the entire apartment.
