  A localização bem central

  Falta de elevador. A limpeza de ambas as casas de banho pareceu feita há pressa. Ao abrir as dos chuveiros de ambas caíram cabelos, o que significa que a limpeza não foi bem feita, e é um ponto bem negativo para mim. Também tivemos o percalço de ao chegar não tínhamos água, (que foi resolvido com a equipa) graças aos Santos. Verificámos depois, bem como no segundo dia de manhã igual, que tinham sido os hóspedes da frente que desligaram propositadamente. Nunca tal me tinha acontecido. Alugar casas a hóspedes que gostam de fazer brincadeiras de mal gosto dá nisto. Pareciam ser Americanos e tinham cerca de 45 anos eram um grupo barulhento e pelos vistos sem conduta. Tirando isso gostei em geral do apartamento.

  Отличное местоположение: недалеко от центра и в относительно тихом квартале. Последний этаж здания - никто сверху нешумел и не мешал спать (здание старое но отреставрированное, а в старых здания шумоизоляция плохая). Данный вариант отличный с точки зрения шума. Мы высыпались без проблем. В 2 минутах супермаркет и трамвайная остановка, 5-7 минут пешком метро. Квартира просторная, две отдельные спальни, 2 санузла.

  В дальней ванной слабый напор воды. Два пульта для трёх кондиционеров. В ванных нет шампуня. В спальне где есть собственный санузел, узкий проход возле кровати и постоянно ударяешся о корпус кровати ногами (корпус кровати неудачный). Но это всё мелочи которые не испортили отдых!

  Nice place, but it could be perfect!

  Great location if you want to be close to Chiado, Cais do Sodré, and the main tourist attractions. A little bit noisy at this time, but as we use earplugs, it didn’t bothered us. The kitchen is well equipped, the balcony is nice, and the view is very “lisboetan”.

  The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which can be an issue with luggage or for anyone with mobility concerns. The mattresses are quite saggy—it feels like sleeping in a hammock, even though they are soft and the bedding is decent. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. In the suite, the bathtub was completely clogged, and there is no mirror at all, neither in that bathroom nor in the bedroom. They could add a mirror on the wall behind the bathroom door or a movable one, especially so men can shave. In the second bedroom, there is a small leak near one of the windows—a drip that even leaves a mark on the floor, showing it’s been there for a while. The curtains on some of the windows and doors in the second bedroom don't close completely, letting in too much light at dawn. There is no intercom system between the building's main entrance and the apartment. We had an issue with an Amazon delivery that got lost because the courier couldn't reach us, even though we were inside the apartment all day waiting for it.
