    You can find a better place

    The location is good, the pool is design.

    The hotel looks clean and beautiful at first glance, but the finishes are poorly executed and leave a lot to be desired considering the level of luxury the property claims to offer. The staff is also extremely unpleasant. For example, it was pouring with rain and they refused to lend us a second umbrella. We were supposedly offered a complimentary massage, but the spa had no availability whatsoever for the following 48 hours. We were also supposed to receive discounts on food and beverages at the hotel, but this was never honored. Finally, the breakfast is really disappointing. The quality and selection are nothing special, and the breakfast room itself feels more like a conference hall than a high-end hotel restaurant.
