A very disappointing stay with poor facilities, an inconvenient location, and a room that did not meet basic expectation
Unfortunately, there was very little to like about the property. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower only provided hot water. The air conditioning in the room was poor, and the windows were so dirty that it was almost impossible to see the sea. The location was inconvenient, and the elevators were extremely bad. The rooftop pool and seating area looked very different from the photos and were completely impractical to use. Accessing the rooftop was also very difficult. Overall, the property was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
