  This apartment was dissapointing

  The location was the only good thing.

  It said it had air conditioning, but none if the 3 separate ACs worked. When we contacted the property, they said they couldn’t get it fixed until after we left. We mentioned that we should at least get fans, but the property never answered us again. There was a heat wave at the moment. Also, the main 2 couches in the living room, that in pictures look to have cushions, didn’t have cushions and were really unconfortable. We mentioned it twice to the property manager, and he never acknowledged this. The top of the shower looked moldy and the internet didn’t work.

  Inner city large appartment

  Location, size, bright colours, nice furniture,

  Blocked sink in the bathroom, smell from mud in the house, not enough toilet paper, nothing as a welcome item (like water in the fridge, or cofee, tea and sugars. The light in the outside door was not operational.

  地點超級方便，樓下就是老城區跟百貨公司，買東西吃飯很方便，搭地鐵去任何一個景點也方便，地點方便一百分 雖然只有兩房，但勝在客廳夠大，所以不會很擁擠壓迫，房子的坪數在老城區又不用爬坡的民宿，算寬敞，房子寬敞一百分

  只有地點超棒跟房子夠大這兩個優點， 其他的不要抱太多期望，整間屋子裡的家具只能說堪用與壞掉之間的程度，沙發跟餐椅的皮面白色塑膠皮屑掉滿屋，怎麼清也清不完，衣服行李箱裡飄的到處都是白色的塑膠皮屑，實在很困擾又不衛生，廁所浴室發霉看起來很髒，垃圾桶蓋子壞了，房間門鎖也壞，開關門困難，迎賓拖鞋是別人穿舊到不能再舊的布拖鞋，又髒又舊根本不敢穿，不如不要附，五個人入住只給四床棉被，到離開還沒拿到第五條棉被，入住十九天只免費清掃一次，這是我到里斯本多次，免費清掃最少的一間民宿， 終於期待到唯一一次的免費清掃，清潔人員打掃時竟將踩腳布丟進洗衣機裡洗，我不敢再把我們的衣服用洗衣機清洗了，除此之外清潔人員還是很認真的打掃 廚房鍋具手把也是搖搖晃晃要掉不掉非常危險，刀具的刀刃都已經被使用歪掉還是插在那裏當擺設，廚房應有的都有，但感覺就都是湊數用的不堪使用 我覺得最離譜的一件事，第五人的床是在客廳用幾條木條跟鐵架單薄的行軍床，重點是床架的木條有斷的有缺的，跟工作人員反應後，居然只把缺木條的地方，從床腳的部分拆下補上，如此便宜行事真是讓我傻眼，行軍床架有斷有缺實在很不好睡，睡得腰酸背痛，強烈反應後第五天員工才送來新的沙發床，但沒有床單，又等了兩天才等到床單，整間民宿就是佔了地利之便，所以感覺沒有用心在經營，因為地點好所以不缺客人吧？我們入住19天付了五人的費用，只有四條棉被跟前五天壞掉的行軍床，沒有抱歉沒有慰問也沒有補償，一切都是那麼理所當然，房東應該出面了解狀況而不是只把問題丟給工作人員，最後哪怕是只有一句誠懇的道歉，我也不至於寫這麼長篇的抱怨文了
