    Overall we loved our stay at the Villa

    The host was very pleasant and contacted us in advance to check whether we needed anything special for our stay. Since we were traveling with our 1-year-old son, we needed a baby cot, which he arranged for us. There was also a housekeeper in the villa who cleaned every day, so it was always very clean and well maintained. There is a very beautiful view from the villa overlooking Patong Beach.

    The main downside of the villa is the access to it. Not many taxi drivers are willing to drive all the way to the house due to how steep the hill is where it is located. People traveling with young children or those not in good health may therefore find it difficult to get to the villa. There are also a few things that need attention regarding the facilities. One of the toilets leaked when flushed, and it is time to replace the mattresses in some of the rooms. I would also not recommend staying here with children under the age of 5, as the villa is located on a steep hillside and there are areas where children could potentially climb between railings if not closely supervised, even for a short moment.

    Perfect stay in a well established villa that felt like hom

    This is a well established and large property with beautiful views and lush gardens. It felt homely and each room is like a separate suite . everything was clean and in working order

    It was in a hilly location so some difficulty getting taxis but always managed. Somethings are a little dated but this didn’t detract from the villa
