    perfect apartment, stayed here for a week and honestly no complains, appliances were great, host was very kind and helpful, location was perfect and many reviews mentioned it being noisy at night however we did not experience any of this. if your planning to go to valencia this is the perfect place to stay.

    Echte aanrader, ook voor 3 personen!

    Hele snelle reacties van de host, goede tips en fijne service met onze koffers. Alles op zo’n 10 minuten lopen qua leuke locaties/horeca in Rufaza. Ook de oude stad heel goed te wandelen qua afstand. Zo’n 20 minuutjes. Uber/taxi vanaf het oude centrum zo’n €7,-. In de accommodatie echt alles aanwezig. Hele fijne douche! Wasmachine, ruime keuken en badkamer. Slaapbank sliep bijzonder goed en ook het bed erg goed.

    Toch wel wat overlast van de straat. Je zit aan de weg met je voordeur en raam. En in het weekend vooral in de nachten toch tot laat veel herrie aangezien er veel mensen uitgaan in deze wijk. Raam open in de nacht is geen optie. Maar dat is wel oké want er hangt een airco. Maar ondanks gesloten raam toch geluidsoverlast.
