    Room was very clean access good for our mobikity scooters. several restuarants only a couple of doors away. Special mention for staff members Yuni and Cristobal they were superb.

    There is no handgrab rail in the shower cubicle

    Convenient place to stay but very noisy.

    Hotel is very convenient. Close to places to eat and plenty of bars. Ana s bar is a great spot. Plenty of shops to buy essentials if required even a hair dresser. Staff were very helpful and kind. Had food in the hotel on my last night which was very nice. Room was comfortable, clean and serviced each day. Fridge in room for the essentials.

    The room was a bit run down, stayed in room 202. There was a smell of mould in the room but it didn't bother me that much as I was not in the room during the day. The locking system for the rooms are not great, could not lock my door from the inside and had to go to reception twice to get it fixed. Very noisy street at night with stag and hen do's. A staff member said the hotel have happy hour in the evenings, I ordered 2 glasses of wine with food but I got charged full price for the 2 glasses. I was told wine was not included in the happy hour which was a bit unusual 🤔. I don't think I will stay here again.
