    Good

    The location is great- right next to the lake. Not too far from the playgrounds, close to restaurants, but not in the too busy area. The kitchen was equipped, there was a coffee machine which was great. There were toys for kids , which was a huge advantage as we were 2 families with small kids. We were 2 families with kids , so having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers was amazing. There was enough space for me and my 2 small kids as well as our friends - 2 adults , 1 kid and a dog. The owner gave us tips for what to do with the kids and was always answering very quickly when we had questions. There was a storage space in the basement that could be used for bicycles.

    The stairs were a bit hard to use, especially for the small kids and the dog. There were no towels, and eventhough the owner informed us in advance to bring its always uncomfortable to have to bring so much extra luggage. It could have been a bit cleaner - some of the kitchen utilities we had to wash before using, the oven was a bit dirty inside and overall I have been to many places that were better cleaned. The backing tray didn't fit very well in the oven, so it was hard to cook with it tilted. but all other kitchen stuff were useful. WiFi was not too good, for music (spotify) was OK, but I had to join a work call in teams and i didn't manage over the WiFi.

    Great apartment, located right near waters edge

    Great location, right next to Lake Lipno with it's water sports and within walking distance of local restaurants, shops etc.
