Great location and perfect stay for London. Loved it and would recommend!
Brilliant location. Responsive staff. Clean and cozy. Perfect stay
Towels in the kitchen would have been great. The shower tray leakes (which is normal for so many bathrooms) so extra floor towels would have been great as we stayed two nights and the one got soaked quickly.

The exceptionally poor communication by the host. Numerous attempts to contact the host from our home country prior to leaving for London failed, including international calls and emails, that went unanswered. As we were arriving in London before the 3pm check in time we were quite concerned about our luggage storage and were hoping that they could either assist us with an early check in or luggage hold. Eventually we had a response to say that they agreed to keep our luggage at their office, the addressed which was stipulated on the booking.com website. However, on arrival in London we discovered that the office address provided on was incorrect. Had it not been for a guest existing the premises giving us a whatsapp number we would never have been able to contact the host on our arrival. Definitive arrangements for the key hand over was never made. We would have had to wait for 7 hrs, hoping that they would come and meet us with keys at least 3pm. When we made contact via whatapp the person communicating with us was very aggressive and denied that arrangements for luggage drop off at the office was agreed on prior. A different address was then provided. At the end however they agreed to meet us a t the premises with the keys. The apartment was ready and we could check in early at 11:30am. Long story short the communication and guest relations fell short and should be improved.
