    Hotel comfortable and clean/ services severely lacking

    The hotel part was clean and modern

    They were porely staffed and the ones that were there didnt know how to do their jobs They were out of EVERYTHING and blamed it on deliverys but didnt even know how breakfast worked then bragged she was the kitchen manager ( their cook was awesome with the little he had to work with)!!! Paid for a handicapped room and didnt get that either!

    Wouldn’t stay here again.

    The bed was comfortable.

    We were almost charged twice for our room. Our television didn’t work and was told someone would come and fix it, and never showed. Our toilet wouldn’t flush completely and caused a stoppage. Front desk gave us a plunger so we had to fix it ourselves. Overall we were disappointed and frustrated.

    It was comfortable enough and a fair value for the price we paid.

    We liked the room layout and it was clean and comfortable. Selvin, the manager, was friendly and accommodating. He was a pleasure to deal with.

    No tv's were working when we arrived. There only seemed to be one luggage cart and it wasn't available when we needed it.
