Loved my 4 week stay in St Kilda-East. Clean and bright when I arrived. Everything I required for my stay was available, explained or easy to work out. Communication was great from Abby. Location was better than I expected. Lots of cafes/bakery’s/bars/restaurants in every direction only 10-20 min walk away. Centre of Melbourne less than 30min away if you time the train right.

It was a decent place to stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. Id just expect more considerate staff, from a customer PO
It was a nice apartment which was way more modern than the building itself. Spacious enough for two people and had great local restaurants and gyms.
The bathroom isn’t compliant - if you’re a man you will find it uncomfortable to sit on the toilet (not compliant with regulations), and the sink to brush your teeth is not either, you can’t even wash your face properly and the sink is not wide enough and have to shove your head under the cabinet. Mould on the shower curtains. No proper bowls, no paper towels. The management had poor communication when it came to locking our keys inside the apartment, and never assisting us with good faith in circumstances where you would try help. We paid more than what the place is worth, given the weekend behind F1.
