    It is in the center of Makati. There are lots of options for transportation. There are elevators designated for use to go to the unit/accommodation. There is a balcony overlooking the city. They have designated floor to fetch your food delivery, which is very convenient.

    The tiny cockroaches is annoying. However, I think this is a building problem because I saw the similar cockroaches in the elevator and in the parking area. Better throw the trash to the collection bin everyday.

    Great apartment, great location, very security, definitely recommend! Will book again on my return.

    The location was quiet and peaceful, but within walking distance from bars, restaurants and nightlife. The host was very welcoming and helpful when I was looking for a parking space. The property was very clean and you could tell it was always well taken care of.

    My only minor issue was the size of the bed. However, this is well advertised and explained prior to booking, and was a good size when I removed the pillows. Please note this is a very minor issue and did not affect my stay whatsoever.
