Terrible due to aircondition noises!
Location and cleaning and Furnitures/Decoration
AIRCONDITION - it was making loud noises throughout day and night in intervals of anywhere from 30 seconds to 4 minutes. It was impossible to sleep with the aircondition on due to the noise. The owner sent a technician twice but they did not fix it. They kept saying, that it was normal operating noises. It is not! We have stayed at hundreds of hotels with aircondition - they dont sound like that. The last technician said, it was due to lack of maintenance in the one and a half year old system, but he was not allowed to come back and fix it. The owner and Villa Gran Canaria would not offer any compensation at all, even though we spent hours on phone calls, emails, technician visits and not being able to sleep comfortable, and also being bothered by the sounds throught the day. We have videos as proof. Will be glad to email them to you, but I am afraid to enter my email here....
