    An apartment with a view that will be very hard to beat.

    The balcony view was just incredible

    It was a little on the expensive side given its a 20 minute walk to the village.

    A very pleasant stay in a lovely location

    It's all about the location - right on the sea front and beside the boardwalk. The balcony literally overhangs the sea! La Cala De Mijas is about a 35/40 minute pleasant walk along the boardwalk and beach. The boardwalk goes all the way to Calahonda and is a really nice walk with lots of restaurants etc on the way for refreshments. 2 nice restaurants nearby (Panorama Beach and La Familia) and the local supermarket is about a 10/15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and is a typical holiday rental, but is very clean and well equipped. The surrounding gardens and pleasant pool area are really nicely maintained. Good communication from the management including a really helpful video about access. We didn't have a car so walked everywhere, but for some people it might seem a bit too far out of the main town.
