very clear instructions with videos, idiot proof. The apartment has everything you need and more
maybe give the instructions a week beforehand rather then 2 days. The slope/stairs up to the apartment, i suggest you carry your cases, as i found that easier then dragging them up the slope

Vi er generelt fornøyde, dette er en fin leilighet, men den ligger for vanskelig til for oss på grunn av trappene opp.
Sentralt, nærme stranden og havneområdet. Fin utsikt på terrassen. Bra kjøkken og bra internett. Flott med vaskemaskin. Stor og fin dusj. Mye skapplass. Generelt godt utstyrt.
Smal dobbelseng, dårlig plass for to. Bare ett nøkkelsett. Ikke egnet for gjester med mobilitetsproblemer, mange og bratte trapper og veldig skrå rampe opp.

J'ai trop aimé le comportement de la propriétaire, L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé Elle répond sans tarder à mes questions ce qui a facilité le séjour et l'a rendu plus agréable . Je la remercie infiniment et je recommande à tout le monde.

THE 72 steps and the 2 Ski Slopes to reach the apartment. With the 36 Photographs showing the inside and the beautiful areas on Mogan, not one did it show the horrendous access to this apartment WHY? This apartment should have a warning attached to say NOT SUITABLE FOR SENIORS. NO Garden area?? have sent 6 emails to Booking .Com and Flatguest with NO Replies.. My wife ended up in the San Roque Hospital, Maspalomas for 7 days with the strain on her heart going up to this apartment. We could only reach the apartment once per day and my wife felt like a prisoner in the Apartment. We still await answers from Booking.Com and Flatguest.
