Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno al B&B Il Balconcino degli Ulivi! ❤️ Rosaria e il marito Raffaele sono due persone splendide, gentilissime e accoglienti, che ti fanno sentire subito a casa. La colazione è davvero una coccola, Rosaria ci ha viziato con le buonissime torte e crostate preparate da lei oltre alle ottime brioches di pasticceria. Sono inoltre disponibili yogurt, succhi, biscotti, frutta e altro. Una vera delizia! La struttura è molto pulita, tranquilla, silenziosa, ha un comodo parcheggio privato interno e si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Noto. La nostra camere era spaziosa, con balcone abitabile, dotata di aria condizionata, tv, cassaforte e prodotti di cortesia. La sala per la colazione è dotata di caffè, the, sempre disponibili e di un frigorifero utilizzabile dagli ospiti. Grazie di cuore per la vostra gentilezza e per averci fatto sentire così bene! Porteremo con noi un bellissimo ricordo di voi e del vostro B&B. Sicuramente se ci sarà la possibilità di tornare in queste zone ritorneremo a soggiornare da voi. Consigliatissimo! ❤️ Dante e Nadia

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, ambienti nuovi e super curati, tutto preciso , pulito, accogliente, comodo da raggiungere , super confort il parcheggio interno, zona sicura e silenziosa, 10 Strameritato, super host Rosaria, veramente gentilissima!

Prima locatie, geweldige host, parkeren op privéterrein
De host is geweldig! Ze is heel attent. Bakt elke dag een heerlijke taart voor ontbijt. De kamers in Balconcino zijn ruim en schoon. Ligt dichtbij het centrum (800 meter). En je kan parkeren op privéterrein.

Rundum gelungen
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Frühstück war nach Wunsch. Es gab sogar jeden Tag frischgebackenen Kuchen
