    Schöne Stadtwohnung in Zentrumsnähe.

    Die Lage ist sehr gut da man schnell mit dem Bus und der U-Bahn im Zentrum ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und hat einen hübschen Balkon. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

    Am Balkon darunter sitzen Raucher, da muss man dann die Fenster schliessen.

    Mixed Experience in Wien

    While the location was convenient for exploring the city, the pre-arrival process was quite complicated. I received multiple emails with external links and requests to input sensitive credit card information on unfamiliar websites, which raised some security concerns. The check-in instructions were also confusing, with numerous messages and unclear directions. During our stay, we had an issue with the Velux window blinds in our room, which opened and closed on their own, also in the middle of the night. We reported the problem to the support team, but didn't receive adequate assistance. Additionally, the bed linen and lack of a mattress protector raised some hygiene concerns. The cleaning was average, and it was surprising not to find even a small bottle of water for guests. Overall, the apartment was nice, but the issues we encountered detracted from our experience. We would recommend it, but with some reservations.
