We spent 4 wonderful days in this apartment and absolutely loved it. The place was incredibly spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, so close to all the main attractions, with the Trevi Fountain just a short 4-minute walk away! There are also amazing restaurants right downstairs. A huge thanks to the hosts, who were extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and gave us fantastic local recommendations. We would absolutely love to come back

Location. Very clean and quiet.
No kitchen towels to dry dishes. Washer/dryer did not dry clothes.

Clean and spacious, close to Trevi but still quiet.
Spacious two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. 5 of minutes of walking to Trevi. Many restaurants close by, even some that is attended by locals. AC in each room and living room. Walking distance to many attractions.

Perfect Location. David was very welcoming.
The carpets need to be washed. We just put them aside and forgot about them otherwise everything was perfect!

Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a fantastic stay at Balestra Palace Apartment! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps away from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped with plenty of electrical appliances. The A/C worked perfectly, which is an absolute necessity during the hot Roman summer. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The hosts were wonderfully polite, extremely responsive, and even let us store our luggage after check-out, which we truly appreciated. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
The only tiny suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bit more basic amenities/supplies for longer stays, such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo.
