We paid for a pool view room but couldn’t see the pool from our room .The pool wasn’t that clear

Great if you’re a bogan with feral kids!
The gardens, koi ponds and family of ducks!! Irish bar affiliated to the hotel at the entrance of the property.
Where do I start!! This hotel caters FULLY for kids and their bogan parents who couldn’t control them. Breakfast was so poor we went once and didn’t go back, you have to pay for a ‘special’ tea….they class ‘breakfast tea’ as one of these!!! It was like they were trying to charge a fee for the basic things that a ‘supposed’ 5 star hotel should include as standard. It wasn’t about the price but the principle. Adults area was too small, the pool was like a sheep dip and when kids entered this area they WEREN’T told to leave. There was no way to get away from the shouting kids. The hotel picture is misleading, it looks like you are on the beach but this was a short walk away, it’s ugly and unusable and looked like a rubbish tip. After reading other reviews I wish I had done my research, I would NEVER return to this hotel. We had a fantastic time in classy seminyak and beautiful Ubud and we came here for the last few days to be near the airport. It doesn’t represent Bali’s beautiful culture at all and felt really disappointed that ruined the end of our holiday. This area is NOT nice at all!
