We had a nice stay and we recommended if you want to have a quiet place
The place is nice and clean and tucked away from the city. The staff was very accommodating. They have a Jacuzzi in the sono which we wanted and that was nice. As well, they had a great breakfast.
If you don’t mind walking 25 minutes to the main square in the city, that’s OK. Otherwise you need a car.

Do not believe the pictures
The breakfast was acceptable, for the price it was mediocre
Absolutely misleading information and nothing looks as it is shown on the photographs above, nothing The wellness - spa issue , after arrival we were informed that we have to pay for the use of sauna and a tub extra 30 zł per person, which is shocking when you actually booking a room in a wellness -spa hotel...and we had to put ourselves on the waiting list to actually be able to use the sauna and 4 people tub ...by the way located by the gravel driveway full of cars... Apart from everything else , the facilities look like a ramshackle of second hand furniture, sinks, lighting fixtures... It should not be allowed to be defined as a wellness spa.. It is frankly below any standard of this kind of facilities. Hence, the Balia hotel overcharges its clients. The place is noisy,;you hear the guests next door as they were in your room,... kitchen annex is a joke: it is a broom cupboard with bare essentials for lausy tea, hot water in the shower comes only at certain times , definitely not at 16:00 .., when you come out your room the first thing you see is a bunch of buckets for garbage and recycling, yes someone tried to cover them with some sort of sticks in effort to make them look ...more easthetically pleasing ... result is not good... But maybe some guests do not perceive, or do not care about aesthetics and what wellness experience really means and are OK with being overpriced .., but I am not. The price does not reflect what is offered.
