    Unorganized

    We never had breakfast as they had double booked me and I never got to stay at your accommodation

    It was such an inconvenience we had to show up and then it was picked up that they had double booked the same property amd other people had already check in. We never got to stay at the accommodation and last minute I had to look for another place to accommodate us .

    They cancelled my stay and said they will refund me but still has not. It's already 1 month and been saying they will refund me but still nothing.

    Excited but then disappointed

    The facility provided at the pool section. Place felt safe...

    Cleanliness was very poor... No towels.. Less cups.. Fridge not cleaned n empty to use... Hair dryer was very untidy....
