A friendly host! I took.a breakfast too@ this room is located in the basement but this.a good room! Choices of cooked breakfast n,,& egg types are written on menu board on the left hand side on the wall when you enter the room also on a table the other side of the cereal.& coffee s good selection of options!

Excellent!
I needed to be at an early morning hospital appointment, I thought it would be fairly close, it turned out to be virtually next door. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with an en-suite excellent bathroom. Because of an early appointment, We had to skip breakfast but the smell was very tempting.
I’m not going to nitpick, because that is all it would be.

A very warm welcome from Andrew on our arrival, communication was excellent, Andrew informed me of everything I needed to know about the property and my room, we stayed for two nights in one of their cottage rooms which was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, also with a great shower, breakfast was lovely which was served by the most pleasant young lady (didn't get your name, sorry) ....... would definitely recommend, thank you for a lovely stay 👍🏻

Great place!
Great place! We needed a place to stay for one night and it was everything we ever needed. Clean, tidy and close to the location needed. If we ever come back to Darlington, definitely coming back here.
