    Last minute family stay with dog

    The location of the site was good, with beautiful surroundings but our lodge was close enough to the road to hear traffic noise. I only had contact with the staff through the website but they were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The hot tub was amazing, large and clean. The lighting outside was dim but absolutely fine for our family. The kids were snug in their room, as were we in the double room. There was plenty of storage for bags and hanging space in the wardrobes.

    Traffic noise, the lodge was a bit tired inside. Could do with a coat rack or hooks for wet weather gear (outside of the bedroom).

    Hassle free and relaxing getaway

    Easy no fuss entry and departure. Quality interior design and thoughtful. Plenty of towels and blankets for the chilly October evening.
