    Die Hafennähe, und somit die leichte Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.

    Das Treppenhaus viel zu steile Treppen, und fehlender Lift da auch, ältere gebrächliche Leute dirt wohnen.

    Die Lage, einfach perfekt. Sehr freundliche Damen an der Rezeption.
