Celowe wprowadzanie w błąd brak śniadania
Na plus możliwość zostawienia bagażu, herbata w pokoju, bliska lokalizacja do plaży
1. Obsługa i nastawienie do gościa, ale nie każda osoba. Jedna sPani je obiad i patrzy z nieprzyjemną miną i mówi coś do kolegi. Wrażenie nieprzyjemne jakby gość przeszkadzał że przyjechał. Inna młoda Pani następnego dnia już była miła. Brak kontaktu przy odebraniu bagażu nikogo na recepcji nikt nie odbiera a było może około 17:00. 2. Najgorsze to świadome wprowadzanie w błąd - na glowym zdjęciu booking jest informacja o śniadaniu, to skłoniło do zakupu na miejscu okazuje się że śniadanie jest dodatkowo płatne. Informacja na zdjęciu nie ma na celuwskazania że śniadanie jest w celu a tylko lokalizacje. Niby tak ale podczasz przeszukiwania ofert w podobnej cenie są dobre hotele że śniadanie a ten napis wprowadza w błąd. Myślę zebjest tak specjalnie. Powinni Państwo usunąć to z głównego zdjęcia. Gdybym wiedziała że śniadanie nie jest w cenie to wybrałabym albo inny hotel albo opcję ze śniadaniem ale czując się oszukana namiejscu już nic nie chce się u Państwa kupować.
