    KADZO waitress amazing

    Exceptional service from Kadzo at Bamburi Beach Hotel! We had a wonderful time at Bamburi Beach Hotel, and I would especially like to recognize Kadzo, who served us during our stay. She was absolutely outstanding — warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kadzo went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. She made us feel valued as guests, and her service added something special to our experience. People like Kadzo are a real asset to the hotel. Her hospitality and professionalism are exactly what great customer service should look like. I sincerely hope the management recognizes her excellent work and gives her the appreciation she deserves. Thank you, Kadzo, for making our time at Bamburi Beach Hotel even more enjoyable.
