    Lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere in great location. Cosy and stylish with wine bar shop & deli.

    Great location. Lovely friendly owner. Loved that he has a wine shop come deli downstairs! Tastefully decorated room bathroom and furnishings.

    No breakfast included. No kettle for hot drinks in the room, had to walk along corridor for shared coffee station. The mattress was too hard and thought it could do with a topper for more comfort.

    Very comfortable stay

    Nice bathroom hair toiletries. Comfy bed. Free parking (voluntary 50p fee) nearby and you can cut through the church yard beside the Swan Pub. Good to have a hairdryer supplied. Nice and private. Lunch in the Cork and Cru on site was delicious.

    The info booklet wasn't up to date i.e. The Swan Pub wasn't serving food when we were there. Script restaurant was closed. Communal tea coffee etc (I think this was just a blip) There was no info on how to pay for the honesty items. There was no sugar, spoons or unused coffee pods, only 4 used ones. Like the concept of the access to yes and coffee, but would prefer in room facilities.

    It was clean.

    It goes as 5 star hotel in booking.com but was no where near it. We didn't see any staff. everything was completely self service

    Such a comfy night sleep, better than home!

    The room was clean, the bed was soooo comfortable!

    Would have been good to have soap and shower gel in the bathroom.
