    Home from home

    This was a real home from home with the use of the communal facilities. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. The shower was strong and hot and there were lots of good towels. The staff were friendly and did your washing up! Our room with a view of the Cascade mountain was lovely. It is quiet away from the bustle of the town but only a short pleasant walk away. We would come back here.

    Die herzliche Freundlichkeit hat bereits in Deutschland begonnen.Keine Fragen blieben offen.Angekommen wurden wir ebenso herzlich empfangen.Ein durchdachtes Konzept,was mit täglicher Whats App Kommunikation bezüglich Zimmer,Reinigung,schnell geklärt werden konnte,falls etwas benötigt wurde. Diese Unterkunft kann ich bestens empfehlen..,

    Absolutely wonderful!

    Everything was great.

    Signage for the property could have been better. It was hard to find when returning in the evening as it was dark.

    AN EXCELLENT STAY IN A GOOD LOCATION

    Our stay at the Boutique hotel was excellent. The room was an adequate size, warm and with good facilities. Staff were fantastic, always available and helpful. There is no breakfast provided, however facilities for making your own are excellent, and there is no need for guests to wash up! Location is also excellent with a short, pleasant walk into the centre of Banff with its many bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
