Average and due for a major renovation.

The location of the hotel was good, located on the main street where most other hotels were, although it was about a 15min walk into the main shopping/restaurant area.

The room was tired, with furniture that was very scratched. The cupboard for clothes was very old. Very due for a renovation. Additionally, there were trolleys of linen, cleaning trolleys and old food trays in the hallways at all times, It looked messy and didn't feel very good.

Staff are friendly, hotel is well equipped. It's a little further out from town but still an easy 10-15min walk, and they gave us a free ROAM bus pass for 3 days. Kettle and mugs could have been a little cleaner but towels and linen and the rest were excellent. Great location for tour pick up and drop offs. Would stay again!

    Great stay!

Clean comfortable room, great staff, short walk to town centre. Underground parking is a plus.
