Little gem.
Gorgeous comfortable room. All the staff were extremely friendly and lovely. Great central location - will be returning in the near future for a breakfast and to repeat the gorgeous walk from Wells to Holkham.

Had potential to be better!
Unique space! Lovely interior.
Needed a good clean! Bannister was sticky and dirty. Slugs in the bathroom. The extractor fan didn't work so a lot of grout mold too. Dirty watermarks down the wall. Stains on the carpet. Litter on the doormat. Told the staff about the slugs and they said thanks for the info. We didn't know it was neighbours to a pub garden so pretty loud. Early wake up as the skylight didn't have a blind on it. Has great potential but needs a thorough cleaning and a blind installed.
