    Very modern hotel Onsen spa very relaxing as not many people there.

    Noisy families letting their kids run around the hotel like it's a playground. Lack of parental control, but they probably act like that at home too. Not the first Vietnamese hotel I've had this issue with.

    The resort has potential. Water park is great. They don’t have a fitness center. You have to eat at the resort. There are no restaurants nearby
