    Cute place, but be aware of what you are signing up for

    its a great location, walkable to Little Italy, and bankers hill. Very responsive host, very comfortable bed. Note that is is near the freeway so will be noisy.

    Freeway noise is one thing. But the house is also in the middle of a major construction project. Loud constant noise and shaking from 3 massive cranes digging and scraping from 7am - 3pm each weekday. I feel this should have been disclosed up front. At a minimum, the owner should have offered a discount as the place was misrepresented.

    Wonderful spot

    Very clean and well stocked. Towels were very soft and smell fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Off Street Parking is a big plus. Would rent again.

    The hike to public transit is steep, but not too far. Nothing against the actual rental! I was a little disappointed in the size/condition of the bathtub, but I understand that is hard to fix :) water pressure was great in the shower.
