KEYS You have 24-hour access to the building and your room with the keys provided. A £100 replacement fee applies if keys are lost. LIABILITY We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, or injury to guests or their belongings unless caused by our negligence. LOST PROPERTY We are happy to return items left behind after departure, subject to a minimum charge of £10 to cover postage and packaging.
