    A very welcoming and helpful owner.

    Breakfast was good and came promptly. The location near the town centre suited us because we were there for a function.

    The property decor was dated and could do with an update

    Excellent holiday base in St Austell

    Very comfortable accommodation, with access to fridge and microwave. Li was very welcoming and helpful. The location is suitable for a car-free holiday with an easy (though uphill!) half mile walk to the railway station, and shorter distance to bus for places such as the Eden Project. Mevagissey and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

    Nothing not to like.
