    Location was great. And the room was big.

    As the room was big it was cold through the night.no extra bedding and no heating.and no way to contact anyone.as it was self check in didn't see any staff at all.

    Never given a bad review before but this place left me fuming

    When we arrived everything was closed. Had to phone someone and get talked through checking in. Then had to do some online check in. Took ages to actually get into the place. Later on we saw other guests struggling to check in. Then a member of staff finally arrived and had a really bad attitude with everyone that mentioned how bad checking in was. She was rude, patronising and argumentative as if we were all in the wrong and that this is normal with hotels. There was no staff to help with anything, no security in place, no food options as everything was closed. We asked to be refunded so we could go somewhere with actual hotel amenities but were denied so had to stay there in a very awkward situation. Definitely would not recommend staying here. The woman we dealt with clearly has no idea how other hotels are run and she should not be dealing with customers with that attitude…

    L'accueil exceptionnel de la personne sur place qui malgré la barrière de la langue s'est montrée très souriante, professionnelle et disponible.

    Dommage de ne pas avoir beaucoup de possibilités de manger en arrivant à 19 heures.
