A cozy apartment in the center of bansko, it is equiped with everything you need for a stay in Bansko. It’s clean, safe
The property was very central, less than a 5minute walk to the Gondola.

Exceptional
Location is perfect. 2 minute walk to gondola and 1 min walk to shops.
There not fully part of hotel so need to pay for pool and spa. But if you want to use the facilities, just pay first day and you will have code for rest of your stay😄.

Good location but with uneasy way to access the building and an overall poor condition inside.
The location was quite good, 10 min away from the Gondola, supermarket near by and ski rental and services quite convenient. By contrary, the access to the building was a little bit difficult with no dedicated paved path. One way was on the car passage from the street, between the barriers on a slippery path and the other one dedicated for pedestrians was on a muddy path 30m walking with luggage.
The furniture was in poor condition. The bed was creaking, the sofa in living had an extensible platform which couldn't been fixed and it was moving continuously, the cupboard in toilet was stripped, rusty spout, bed support with scratches and dirt. First day when we arrived there was very cold inside the room and we had to wait at least half a day to bring up the temperature.

Pleasant
The property was clean, warm, sunny and there was everything necessary for a nice vacation.
It was somewhat less spatious than what it seemed on the pictures.
