    Bakery was good, but not much options available.

    Mattress: The mattress felt too soft and did not provide adequate support. Bathroom: The drainage is very slow, and it may be partially clogged. USB Charging Ports: The USB charging ports were not working. In-room Technology: Media mirroring from the phone uses old technology and not working.

    Bien pero distante de la excelencia

    La atención del personal, El arreglo de las habitaciones, aunque pienso que a mí habitación le faltaba un tocador

    Estoy acostumbrado a la calidad sobre todo de los amenities (shampoo, crema, etc) y los que tenía eran genéricos, en mi opinión no están al nivel del estándar del banyan tree y los precios que se pagan. También las almohadas me parecieron bastante incómodas. El buffet del desayuno es poco variado. No está mal pero uno espera otra cosa por el tipo de hotel.
