Nice location and atmosphere making a very comfortable stay.
The location was good and nice to have coffee and hot chocolate available in the dinning area all day. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The room was a good size.
Could not find any menu for the TV so lots of scrolling trying to find something to watch. Was expensive for what it was but this seems to be common for peak fall.

Wonderful hotel if you’rein town exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park!
We loved our stay at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel. From the friendly, pleasant staff to all the other little things like the hiking poles, umbrellas, wonderful complimentary breakfast, the trail mix in the lobby, the robes in the room and the lovely furniture were all great. And the opportunity to do laundry was great for us. We learned so much from Doreen at the front desk too. She was very helpful and took so much pride in her job and the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with her. We would definitely stay there again.
