    Cosy. Comfortable. Great cottage.

    Where to start. The cottage is in a great location. The amenities in the cottage were exceptional. and very well equipped. It was a great base to explore Norfolk and lots of nearby walks (maps in folder from Hosts were great). Bedrooms Roomy and comfortable. and the Kids loved the quirkiness of the beams and floorboards upstairs. The welcome cookies from the host went on the first night.

    There was no check in time time on Booking.com just a drop down menu so requested a 2pm check in but was not informed till the evening before that check in is 4pm. had already planned pick ups and schedule so ended up walking round the village for a couple of hours, A check in time on the site would have been handy

    Relaxing. Plenty of places to visit within a relatively short car journey.

    Good location. Quiet, rural feel and outlook yet literally 5 minutes walk to Reepham town centre. Large, open plan ground floor and well equipped. Lovely pub also 5 minutes away.

    Brilliant property with great facilities and easy access to town.

    Very good

    Location was great and easy to access places of interest with a car. Kings Head pub in village served excellent food (walking distance). Kitchen was really well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice gesture and appreciated. The cottage is old and quirky with a fabulous wood burner to keep us warm as it was chilly even on a late May evening. Downstairs loo and utility room were a bonus. Lovely view over fields with horses in.

    Blinds not secured properly in two bedrooms and kept falling off. Had to clean bird poo and leaves from garden furniture upon arrival. Couldn't get heating to work (although we later read that we could have called the owners with any issues and to be fair, we didn't!). Neighbour / dogs a bit noisy at times.
