    Owner slow respond, customer service rude, aircond broken

    Nothing

    The customer service was slow respons and rude. I was there to have a trip with my parents and the aircond was broken when we arrived. I complained to cs because it was too hot that night and no response, the cs only fast respon when he needed me to transfer the deposit. I called the CS to share my complaint, and he was very rude and raised his voice to me. He scolded me and accused me of making the aircond broken. He didn't apologize and say sorry to the customer. Overall, customer service makes us unhappy, and the aircond are broken and not really recommended. Please find another place
