    A wonderful base to explore Lake Como

    The location was incredible, so close to the train and the waterfront. But also just to explore Como. The space was great, even with the stairs, and was the perfect base for the trip! It was also really quiet, despite being in the middle of the town with a restaurant on the ground floor, once inside you didn’t hear a thing!

    There was a coffee machine but no pods, and wasn’t anything included to wash up what you used (there is a dishwasher, but no tablets for it). Which meant we found a couple of items in the drawers that hadn’t been cleaner properly.
