The reception staff were very kind and helpfu

We stayed at this property for a weekend, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that the house we had booked was no longer available. They offered us a different house, but it was much lower in standard compared to what we had paid for. The quality was far below expectations, and despite asking, we received no partial refund or compensation. However, I must say that the reception staff were very kind and helpful, and they did manage to find us an alternative solution, otherwise we wouldn’t have had a place to stay that night. I hope the management improves the booking process in the future.
