Location is excellent. Our negatives were minor annoyances. Would definitely recommend
Great location. Fairly quiet given the city location. Within walking distance to most of major sites. Was clean and safe. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed.
WIFI was unreliable. Light was out on exterior landing. (Not part of apartment). While it had plenty of closet hanger storage, there was limited shelving space for clothes and personal items

Very disappointing experience
The only positive aspect of this accommodation was its location.
Very disappointing experience – Not recommended Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below our expectations. The room was very small and dirty, and we even found glasses with lipstick stains left by previous guests, which clearly raises concerns about the cleanliness of the accommodation. The hot water in the bathroom was only lukewarm, which was particularly unacceptable as we were travelling with a young child. The elevator was absolutely unacceptable, and when we needed to contact someone from the property, we received no response. Furthermore, Booking.com stated that check-in started at 2:00 PM, but we were told to arrive at 3:00 PM instead. After we had already entered the room, we received a phone call asking us to wait for an electrician. We were exhausted and hungry after travelling, with a young child, and had to deal with this unnecessary inconvenience. This should have been arranged before allowing us into the room. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, inadequate facilities and unprofessional handling of the situation made our stay very unpleasant. We expected much better, especially when travelling with a small child. I would not recommend this accommodation.

This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with booking.com
We booked for 3 nights but eventually we only stayed for 1 night and checked out, because the WiFi was not working and the cleaning condition was not up to standard. The sofa bed was very dirty and without bedding linens which we couldn’t even sleep on it. We were trying to connect with the host on the night we checked in but he/she only responded the next day, while the WiFi was not fixed. We texted the host for a refund and we need to file a complaint with booking.com
