el hotel es muy bonito y mantienen sus áreas verdes muy cuidadas y las habitaciones limpias
el trato de algunas personas de seguridad, al llegar al hotel pasamos a ver los jardines y la vista y nos corrieron, dijo la persona de seguridad que no podíamos estar ahí, que quien nos había dejado entrar, de una manera muy prepotente, al subir las escaleras del lobby una persona más de seguridad ya venía por nosotros, recalcándonos que no podíamos entrar al hotel hasta las 12, siendo que yo mande solicitud semanas antes para una llegada temprana, y la aceptaron, no hubo espacio para reservar en ningún restaurante de especialidades durante las tres noches que pasamos ahí, me imagino que fue por el tipo de habitación que pagamos, porque primero nos preguntaban el número de habitación antes de decirnos que no había espacio, estuvimos en la alberca familiar que está a pie del lobby 2 días, y no se acercaban los meseros, siempre teníamos que ir por las bebidas nosotros, si les dabas propina te atendían un rato solamente
