    Barcelo inform and refund your clients if you know you will not give them what they reserved.

    I booked my 5 rooms at Barcelo Tropical, when I reach they told me they have me booked at Maya Beach. I did not pay for this cause colonial and tropical is better than Maya beach. I asked them to at least move me to colonial but they refused. Barcelo Maya beach is the lowest in all the categories even the fountain of the pool was not working. The beach was not clean as compared to the beach at colonial. Beside my room was noisy I call the front desk and nothing was done about it. This is my 3rd time visiting this resort and i know that Maya beach is the lowest and worst categories as compared to colonial and tropical. I have never booked Maya beach because of this same reason. I feel they stole from me my money and my expectation. I feel disappointed that i do not plan to return again to this resort. That change was not called for.

    Excellent, restful, and fun getaway

    Great location - midway between Play & Tulum. Beautiful resort with idyllic grounds, great food, gorgeous beach, and lots of things to do (or not!).

    It was a first visit for Cancun and great Experienced. Lot of activities through out Barcelo Resorts.

    Best vacation for a great price

    Came here for a bachelor/bachelorette party and the ambience, the staff were all very nice and the activities that they had on site and offsite were so worth it
