المنتجع جميل جدًا، ويتميز بموقعه الرائع على شاطئ البحر، حيث يوفر شاطئًا خاصًا يتيح للزوار الاستمتاع بالعديد من الأنشطة الترفيهية، مثل السباحة وركوب الدراجات المائية. كما يضم مسبحًا بإطلالة جميلة على البحر، بالإضافة إلى حديقة مائية صغيرة تُعد خيارًا مثاليًا للأطفال. بشكل عام، يُعد المنتجع وجهة رائعة للاستجمام والاستمتاع بأوقات ممتعة مع العائلة.

A little improvement can be done on maintenance side and house keeping to ensure that toiletries are provided regularly and not a guest ask for. Otherwise all is great

The bathroom did not have any towels when we arrived. Despite calling reception and contacting the hotel’s WhatsApp number, we received the towels only on the second day, just as we were about to check out. The customer service team was unresponsive to our calls, and the front office staff were not friendly or welcoming. The poolside also did not have enough towels available for guests. Additionally, the location and activity schedules are not ideal for a one-day stay. Most activities have time restrictions, making it difficult to enjoy the available facilities and experiences fully within a short visit. Overall, the service was disappointing and fell short of the expected hospitality standards. The hotel needs to improve its customer service, staff attitude, towel availability, and activity scheduling to provide a more enjoyable guest experience.
